We had a very pleasant time in this classy hotel in Vichy. The breakfast was marvellous with cup of coffee and had something for everyone. The room was well laid out with a bathtub, just what was needed.

Beautifully decorated place to stay 1 km away from Parks. Really helpful staff at the reception desk, good-sized and airy rooms with a park view. Fast check-in, parking nearby. Very clean pool to relax in too. Stunning location for visiting bistros and cafés. Walking distance to the train station, just 15 minutes.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel nestled in the heart of a vast, beautiful park. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city. My room had a stunning view of the park, and the bed was beyond comfortable - it felt like a mega comfy, huge bed. The basic amenities were all there, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.
Although everything was ok, one aspect that could be improved is the size of the swimming pool.

We had an amazing stay! Best aspects were comfortable beds, great sleep and a helpful staff who provided baby facilities. Location was beautiful next to the river where you can also sail. Hotel facilities included a nice swimming pool on the roof and a fantastic restaurant.

The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing, especially the turkey that was served during Thanksgiving. We also appreciated the complementary champagne and dessert that the restaurant offered us. the hotel's location close to the river and restaurants was ideal for exploring the area on foot.
The hotel fell short in several areas. Our room, while clean, felt dated and in need of a refresh.
